1. Convert the number of tons produced last year into kilograms and donate the equivalent amount of rice twice a year (June and December)
2. On the fourth Saturday of every month, our employees (about four people) volunteer. Since there are no men to play with, we hold "steel frame classes" where we make steel frame models and play outside.

We are also actively involved in nurturing young people who will lead the construction industry in the future.
Since 2010, we have been accepting interns from the College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University, and providing work-visit opportunities for junior high school students.
